On May 14, 2024, IMCSA TECH had the privilege of hosting Huawei at Gqeberha, where Zukile Mangwana (Ceo) presented the Huawei Smart City Pilot Project for the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality (NMM). The NMM’s former Mayor warmly welcomed the Huawei delegation from China, marking a significant milestone in the collaboration. The Northern Area Townships were identified as the first priority area for the Smart City Pilot Project. A series of daytime visits were conducted in the area, with the support and assistance of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality (NMM) Security team.
